SHIPPING

MADE TO ORDER

Most Kirsten Manzi Jewellery pieces are handmade to order, therefore all online order requires up to 14 working days before shipping. If you have opted for custom engraving on your item this can take an additional 5 working days before shipping. Occasionally, I may have small batches of products available, in which case I will dispatch your order in three working days. All Kirsten Manzi Jewellery pieces are made by hand, sometimes pieces may vary slightly from the images shown. Please check the product description and dimensions carefully. Contact me if you have any questions, need something in a hurry, or for a specific date.

UK SHIPPING

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For will arrive 1-3 working days from the date of posting. Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For will be covered in case of loss or damage, up to £50.

Royal Mail Special Delivery will arrive 1-2 days, from the date of posting. Orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are covered in case of loss or damage up to £500.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

Order to Europe should arrive in 3-5 working days from the date of posting.
Orders to the rest of the world should arrive in 5-7 working days, from the date of posting.

Orders sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed are covered up to £250. Please note that you will be responsible for any international orders subject to import duties and/or tax, please factor this in if purchasing internationally.

TRACKING your ORDER

Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email, you can use this to track your order here. Delays in delivery are completely out of my control, and I can not provide any other tracking information than that provided by Royal Mail.

International delivery may take much longer than Royal Mail estimates.

UK public holidays and sales periods will affect dispatch dates.

RETURNS

I hope you love your Kirsten Manzi Jewellery. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, or have changed your mind, please email me at enquiries@kirstenmanzi.co.uk, as soon as possible. I am happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit for unworn items (excluding earrings* and commissions**).

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of dispatch. Any items returned without the original packaging, worn or faulty will not qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, get in touch within 7 working days with detailed photos and a description of the fault or damage. If your return is accepted, I will either repair the original product or send you a new one once the faulty item has been returned.

If you return a product, I will notify you by email to let you know I have received it. If your refund is approved, it should appear in your account within 21 days.

You are responsible for the product until it reaches Kirsten Manzi Jewellery and will be responsible for your postage costs unless the item arrives with you faulty.

*Earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
**Commissions and custom engraved and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
