Kirsten wants you to be happy with your purchase and strives to make you feel that the jewellery you own or gift will last and be cherished for years. Each piece of Kirsten Manzi Jewellery has been created with the utmost care and attention to detail however handmade jewellery is not perfect and as such may have small imperfections compared with machine-made jewellery. Kirsten believes that this does not detract from its value or beauty as this is what makes every single piece unique.
Refunds & Returns
Kirsten Manzi Jewellery is unable to offer refunds or returns on custom-made jewellery, bespoke commissions and earrings.
For all other items, Kirsten offers a 14 day return or exchange period from the date the item is dispatched.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and are responsible for the item until it reaches Kirsten Manzi Jewellery Design.
If you return something you will be notified by email when Kirsten receives your item. If the refund is approved, it will be paid within 14 working days.
Please contact Kirsten as soon as possible at if you wish to return or exchange an item, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if applicable and with Exchange or Return as the subject.
To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must be returned in the original packaging.
Faulty & broken Items
Kirsten does a strict quality control before packaging and shipping any item to make sure your jewellery looks beautiful However, if your jewellery arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling Kirsten is committed to fixing this.
Get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item and Kirsten will repair, exchange or refund the item.
This excludes general wear and tear and any improper use, storage or cleaning.
If your jewellery has broken due to a fault on your side, Don't worry, Kirsten is still happy to help. Kirsten offers a repair service so you can always send it back.
You'll be charged small fee for any materials, labour and shipping incurred.
If you find your ring or bangle doesn't fit, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different size.
Kirsten can also resize your ring or bangle for a small fee.
